The availability of products is indicated on the product page. If it shows that the item is available, it means that the product is in stock. If it states that the product will be available within a certain number of days, it means that the product is not currently in stock and will be ordered within the indicated time frame.

All purchases made on the website http://www.maxderbanchi.com are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999 regarding distance contracts, when the delivery of goods takes place at the buyer's (customer's) home, as these purchases are completed outside commercial premises. Essentially, this regulation is particularly important regarding the Right of Withdrawal reserved for the buyer (customer). The European regulation states that the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by individuals (consumers) acting for purposes outside their commercial activity. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by legal entities or individuals acting for commercial purposes. Purchases made by resellers or individuals purchasing for resale to third parties are also excluded from the right of withdrawal. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, returning the item subject to withdrawal to the seller, who will refund the price of the returned goods. It is specified that in cases of promotional offers (such as "buy one, get one free"), where the purchase of one item is linked to another item sold at a very low price or even given for free, the right of withdrawal must be exercised by returning both items in the purchase, as the promotional item is considered accessory to the first one. The right of withdrawal applies only if the product's original packaging is sealed and intact. Before contacting Maxder Group srl, it is advisable to have the following documents and information available: original invoice (with order number, invoice number, and customer code); in case of partial withdrawal, in addition to the purchase invoice, the item code(s); bank details for the refund (ABI code - CAB code - Bank account of the invoice holder). To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within fourteen days to: Maxder Group srl - Via Ludwig Van Beethoven 24 - 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (Mi), where the customer declares their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, that the products to be returned are in their sealed and intact packaging, specifying the invoice number, product codes, and quantities of the items to be returned. The communication can also be sent, within the same time frame, by telegram, telex, email, or fax, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within forty-eight hours thereafter.
The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, protected by another suitable wrapping to prevent any alteration of the original packaging during transport; all accessories must be included, and there must be no signs of use or damage. The items must, in other words, be resellable as new. The goods must be shipped at the customer’s expense to the following address: Maxder Group srl - Via Ludwig Van Beethoven 24 - 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (Mi). Within ten days of receiving the goods, they will be inspected, and if they meet the above requirements, a bank transfer will be made within 30 working days from receipt. Maxder Group srl will credit the customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods as shown on the invoice. Shipping costs are not included in this amount. This is in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999. Maxder Group srl reserves the right not to accept product returns that: - were shipped without activating the intervention request as per current conditions; - were shipped without following the shipping procedures specified in current conditions. In all cases, the customer will bear the transportation costs for returns.
The products are covered by a 12-month warranty. The legal warranty covers conformity defects and does not cover accidental faults or wear and tear over time.
Our minimum invoicing amount is € 100.00 + VAT. The goods are shipped at the buyer's risk and can be insured at their expense with prior notice via phone or email. Any transport damage must be claimed to the carrier before accepting the goods and the sender must be immediately notified. Any complaints must be submitted within 10 days from the delivery of the goods. The claimed material must be returned within 8 days of delivery (with our prior authorization) in its original packaging and in the original condition of sale. The return shipping is at the customer's expense. Products must be returned intact in their original packaging with adequate external packaging. We reserve the right to repair or replace the claimed item at the discretion of the manufacturer. Damages resulting from improper use by the buyer or third parties, wear and tear, or harmful or negligent treatment are excluded. The seller will not reimburse any costs other than the cost of the product itself. The buyer will receive a replacement of the ordered product or a refund of the amount, excluding shipping and re-credit costs. Any item subject to legal use restrictions is sold to the buyer with the condition that it will be used in compliance with the rules regulating its use.
