NASE-2C Nano Rework station
The best solution for repairing very small-sized components requiring the highest precisionsuch as chips 0402, 0201, 01005, etc. It works simultaneously with the NT115-A Nano Handpiece and the AN115-A Steady Nano Tweezers. The short distance from the tip to the handle offers maximum control even when using a microscope. It works with the JBC exclusive heating systemand the intelligent sleep & hibernation modes. It features all the Excellence range benefits and an easy-to-use menu.
Cartridges included: C115101 x1 – C115103 x1 – C115105 x2 – C115107 x1 – C115112 x1 – C115113 x2.
