Using the new 7-key keypad you will be able to configure – quickly and quickly – parameters such as speed and length of the wire dispensed. Furthermore, you will have the possibility to monitor the welding consumption thanks to the integrated meters.
The ALE-210VA soldering station has 3 operating modes:
- Continuous mode: The wire is fed while the button is pressed.
Demonstration video. - Discontinuous mode: Allows you to configure the speed and quantity of the welding wire that will be fed with each click.
Demonstration video. - Program mode: Allows the operator to configure 3 consecutive feeding phases, obtaining a more dynamic and efficient welding. It is possible to set up to 5 programs.

The welding power supply is equipped with a small blade that pierces the welding wire up to the core. This piercing process allows for better flow and outgassing, avoiding soldering and flux splashing during soldering.
The included GALE10V guide kit makes this station compatible with a 1.0mm / 0.04mm unipolar solder wire.
