Hard dissipative brush with ricurve handle.
The use of such products avoids risks of generating ESDs and is particularly suited for cleaning SMD boards with a high density of components. The bristles are made out of conductive plastic, conductive fibres and animal’s hair. The resistance from the tip of the brush to the handle is less than 1×10^8 Ohm. The user must be grounded not to nullify the effectiveness. Some models with soft bristles have been studied for dusting delicate componentswhile others for normal PCBs.
