PHNE-2KA JBC is the best solution for reworking small PCBAs such as those commonly used inside smartphones.
Reduces the risk of thermal shock during rework work.

It has three working modes:
The Power mode allows you to work at a fixed power level with the possibility of using a protection thermocouple.
The Temperature mode keeps the PCBA at the selected temperature, using the regulation thermocouple and, optionally, the protection thermocouples.
The Profile mode through the use of a thermocouple allows you to control the heating speed of the PCBA, without ever exceeding the preset limit levels among the 22 selectable profiles.
Two thermocouples can be connected in any of the three working modes.
The PHN-SA support adapts perfectly to any type of PCB thanks to its numerous adjustable components and 3 adjustable positions at 28, 50 or 70 mm.
Using the JBC Suite software, the preheater can be synchronized with other JBC equipment such as soldering stations and hot air stations to perform optimal rework processes.
