SUPERFORM/AF axial preformer – extra reinforced model, without preforming tool.
The SUPERFORM/AF has been designed to cut, fold and preform axial electronic components.
An innovative preforming system, completely mechanical, allows the main dragging unit to stop while the two other preforming groups close and bend the terminals based on the used matrixes.
This way the component is cut and U folded at the desired height and aftwerward preformed. The cutting and folding heights and the bend can be adjusted. With different preforming groups various forms can be obained.
It is possible to exclude the preforming phase.
By applying a motor unit the production can be automatised. A TNS tape expulsor is supplied.
