A new challenge:
Each new project confirms the outstanding potential of our workbenches. Our experience, modularity and their high level of customisation allow its users an important increase in efficiency and work-productivity, always keeping simplicity and usability as its core value.
A perfect example comes from one of our latest designs, an ESD table from our ECO series, adapted and transformed in a multi-accessorised work station with pluriball integrated. A notable upgrade.
The request:
The client’s need, Ever Elettronica S.r.l. (visit their website), was to have a station to cut pluriball. A lot of cutting benches can be found in the marketplace but most of them aren’t the best choice, nor the most efficient. Many things mut be kept in mind such as the size of the product that has to be packed, the size of the roll of pluriball or the number of users. In this case having everything built into the workbench was the best possible option.
The solution:
We’ve designed a pluriball-holding bar right under the worktop able to house coils of a maximum size of 1650x850mm.
Using it is very simple: The user only has to insert the pluriball into the gap and cut it. The mechanism is as easy to use as efficient. The time saved is enourmous, as well as the user’s comfort.
The remaining accessories are from different workbenches (see KE series, KB EVO series, PREMIUM series and KER series). We’ve fitted the following:
- Double shelf
- Power module
- 4200K LED lighting module
- Monitor holder bar
- Keyboard holder kit
Conclusion: Our objective to fulfil the client’s request was successful. The result was outstanding.
