Client: Enki S.r.l. Microtubes is the ideal partner for development of medical devices such as microtubes, microcatheters and microcomponents.
Goal: To furnish a cleanroom lab with professional workbenches that also have an electromedical scope.
What’s a cleanroom?
A cleanroom is an enviroment with controlled contaminants, with its main goal to have a minimal quantity of contaminant particles. To avoid contamination it’s necessary to have workbenches with an easy to clean worktop and made with a static dissipative laminate, in order to avoid electrostatic charges that would otherwise attract dust and particles.
Solution: In collaboration with Enki S.r.l. Microtubes we’ve studied and designed five workbenches for a cleanroom. The supplied models have been fitted with a supporting column positioned horizontally to house all client specific tools. Fundamental features of said workbenches are the ESD-SAFE configuration coated with static dissipative epoxy powders and a worktop with a static dissipative laminate surface. Every workbench inside the cleanroom has a power module with quick height adjustment that has six sockets with a magnetothermic switch in order to easily supply energy to your electric tools.
