SUPERFORM-AF multi-stage axial components preformer

Description

The SUPERFORM-AF preformer for axial components. The machine is studied for cutting, folding and preforming axial electronic components. An innovative preforming system, completely mechanical allows the main dragging group to have a tiny break while the other two groups close and bend the two terminals based on the equipped matrixes. This way the components is cut, then u-bent, with the needed space and later on preformed. The cut height, folding height and bend can be adjusted.
By substituting the preforming group many forms can be obtained. It is possible to avoid the preforming phase. By applying a motor, the task can be automatised. The SUPERFORM/AF is supplied with a TNS excess tape expulsor. Production: up to 7000 per hour.
